Why you will likely get Bluebeam’s voicemail today

December 1, 2011 by

Today, Pasadena, CA – home of Bluebeam’s HQs – is experiencing high Santa Ana winds of up to 60 – 80 MPH. With downed trees, debris and power lines, the city has been placed under a state of emergency and people have been asked to stay inside. Since it’s unsafe for our employees to travel to work, you will likely receive our voicemail today. We will try to respond to your inquires as soon as possible.

If you have an urgent need, you can call our east coast satellite office at 603-935-7852.

Stay safe, everyone!

Bluebeam Takes on Toronto for Greenbuild 2011

October 27, 2011 by

This year Greenbuild was held a month earlier than normal and in a whole new country – Canada! But that didn’t stop Team Bluebeam from descending upon Toronto to spread the word that Revu makes project communication faster, paperless and green. And, if spreading our paperless message wasn’t enough, we also hosted two “Ask the Expert” events which were lead by some of our favorite users from DPR Construction and McCarthy Building Companies. Here’s a look at some Bluebeam highlights from the show:

Greenbuild 2011 was held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in the shadows of the CN Tower. I’ve been to the top of it…it’s really, really tall.

Caffeine? Check.

Revu 9 wowed the crowds with its abilities to make project communication digital and paperless.

Representatives from DPR Construction and McCarthy Building Companies joined us in our booth to share how they use Revu.

On Wednesday, October 5th, Nathan from DPR met with attendees to share how the builder uses Revu’s collaboration feature, Studio, to host live shop drawing review meetings with remote project partners.

On Thursday, October 6th, Mike from McCarthy Building Companies shared how they use Bluebeam to manage documentation for entire projects. Check out the white paper and webinar for more details.

All in all, Greenbuild provided us with a great opportunity to say hello to old friends and meet with future Bluebeamers.

Next year, Greenbuild and Bluebeam will journey to the City by the Bay – San Francisco.  Be sure to let us know if you’re attending, and remember to keep on PDFin’!
