New use for Bluebeam PDF Revu discovered!

I can’t believe it. All this time that I’ve been sharing helpful tips for using Bluebeam PDF Revu, I’ve overlooked one incredibly important workflow – splitting up a tab from an after work get-together. Thankfully, a creative Bluebeam user stepped up and sent me this PDF last week:

File this one under “Why didn’t I think of that?”

TK (I promised to protect the names of the innocent) fronted a happy hour bill, and needed his coworkers to pay up. So he scanned the receipt to PDF and used Bluebeam to markup who owed what. Brilliant!

Day 1 of the AIA Expo

Wow, what a day! Today we released Studio for real-time collaboration in PDF. Then we spent the whole day showing it off to attendees at the AIA Expo in our superhero-themed booth. Take a look at these pictures from the first day of AIA:

We threw a party to celebrate the launch of Bluebeam Studio for real-time collaboration in PDF.

Where do you wear your Bluebeam t-shirt?

The other day we received this photo from James, a Bluebeam user from Design Data, wearing his Mighty Bluebeam t-shirt!

James is representing the MB!

In his email, James explains that he was at the AISC NASCC conference, and one morning decided to wear his Mighty Bluebeam t-shirt to his booth. And, attendees loved it!

So I got to thinking…where do Bluebeamers where their Bluebeam t-shirts? Send me a photo to let me know, and I’ll share it on this blog. Don’t have a Bluebeam t-shirt? I’ve grabbed a stash of them. Our New Technology is Ready for the AIA Expo!

The amazing new technology we’ll be unveiling at next week’s AIA Expo is ready! Earlier this week we shipped a special CD of the new software off to Miami for replication. Take a look at this video to see how we gave this special package a proper sendoff.
